If you are not that happy with your LizArt Studio purchase, you may return your item for an equal value product exchange, or a store credit. No cash refunds are given.
Here is how you should do your return:
- Please return your purchase within 14 calendar days of shipping date with original packaging. No return will be accepted after this period.
- Email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and postage shipment number, and let us know why you would like to return your purchase.
- If the item became damaged in our shipping to you, please take photos of the damaged packaging, damaged item, and the box the item was shipped in, and email this to us as soon as is possible. This will help us take up this shipment with the shipping company.
- To help you return the damaged item, plus the damaged packaging to us, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label to you, but only if the item arrived at your shipping address in a damaged state.
- In all other cases, you are responsible for non-refundable return shipping.
- If you have chosen an exchanged product for your return, we will cover the shipping costs with the first exchange. Thereafter, you will be charged for shipping costs.
- Remember to include your original order/invoice if you return a purchase.
- Your return exchange/store credit will take approximately 20 days to process.
